How we Ship Your Products
To ensure you're getting the fastest order with the lowest shipping cost, we ship from 32 warehouses (and growing) throughout the United States. Each warehouse is regularly re-stocked to meet our customer's needs!
EasyPaperRolls.com has chosen UPS as our preferred shipping provider. We reserve the right to ship via LTL carriers on larger shipments or when pricing is better.
How we Determine the Shipping Prices
Free Shipping on all orders of 10 + cases of Paper Rolls
Shipping charges are calculated based upon the weight of the shipment and the destination zip code. We have a shipping calculator on the view cart page. Enter your zip code and you will see your shipping charges.
All orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be shipped out on the following business day. Most orders reach our customers within two to three business days from time of shipment.
EasyPaperRolls.com is currently shipping within the Contiguous 48 States only.
EasyPaperRolls.com does not ship to P.O. Boxes.
We may choose to alter these shipping restrictions at any time. We also reserve the right to ship items with alternate carriers as needed.
- Non-defective merchandise must be returned within 30 days in order to receive a full refund.
- There will be no charge for items that have to be returned due to damage upon receipt.
- All returns within 30 days of purchase will receive either (a) merchandise credit to be redeemed at http://www.easypaperrolls.com, or (b) a refund back to the purchasing credit card and/or account.
- No returns will be accepted after 30 days
- All returned merchandise must be in re-saleable condition
- Shipping cost will not be reimbursed on returned merchandise unless it arrived defective.
